We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:
1. Items on sale: Sale items are not subject to changes and/or returns.
We are committed to technical apparel that lasts. If your product is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at the discretion of our team. For any questions, please reach out to email@example.com..
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
HOW MUCH DOES A RETURN COST?
We offer free returns on all purchases damaged due to a material or manufacturing error. For other reasons of returns, you will be required to pay for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Rodner Figueroa does not cover the cost of return shipping. HOW LONG DOES A RETURN OR EXCHANGE TAKE TO PROCESS?
From start to finish-line, please give your refund/exchange 15-30 days to get back to you. Once we have your items checked in, we’ll send the refund your way. Exchange items will be sent out as soon as you request them.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are available for alternative sizes and colors only. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. Orders may be returned up to 14 days after receiving the package. Rodner Figueroa does not cover exchange shipments & costs. All replacements are at the discretion of our team. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
